Role Title: Spanish Language Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Spanish Transcription Experts to support a high-impact project for an innovative customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Transcribe audio samples with precision, accurately capturing both Spanish and English content as required. • Review, edit, and proofread transcriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and linguistic accuracy. • Annotate audio files with relevant metadata and contextual notes to enhance AI training datasets. • Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify assignment guidelines and adapt to evolving project specifications. • Deliver completed transcription assignments within established timelines and meet or exceed quality benchmarks. • Provide constructive feedback on workflow processes, tool usability, and any linguistic challenges encountered during assignments. REQUIREMENTS

▸Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with advanced comprehension of both spoken and written Spanish.
▸Professional experience in audio transcription, particularly where high accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
▸Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality language data and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
▸Familiarity with industry-standard transcription platforms or tools.
▸Strong skills in both written and verbal communication, including the ability to document findings and clarify ambiguities.
▸Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and adapt to changing project needs.
▸Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, or language resource development is a plus.
