Role Title: Mandarin Language Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Mandarin Transcription Experts to contribute to a project focused on creating high-quality transcriptions from audio samples in both Mandarin and English. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Listen closely to audio recordings in Mandarin and English, providing accurate, verbatim transcriptions. • Annotate transcribed text with relevant tags or contextual notes as required by the project guidelines. • Review, proofread, and edit transcripts to ensure the highest accuracy and consistency. • Follow detailed instructions and maintain formatting standards throughout the transcription process. • Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify ambiguous content and resolve linguistic challenges. • Deliver finalized transcriptions within agreed-upon project timelines and quality expectations. • Contribute linguistic insights to enhance AI model understanding and performance for Mandarin language data. REQUIREMENTS

▸Native fluency in Mandarin with advanced listening and comprehension skills.
▸Demonstrated experience in professional-level transcription, especially handling Mandarin audio samples.
▸Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free deliverables.
▸Familiarity with transcription tools or platforms is highly desirable.
▸Capability to work independently and manage project deliverables remotely.
▸Experience with bilingual Mandarin-English projects is a plus.
▸Interest in contributing to AI training and language technology initiatives.
