Role Title: Healthcare Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Healthcare Experts to contribute valuable domain insights and expertise to a customer's healthcare initiative. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the evolution of technology in the healthcare sector, working remotely and collaborating with a dynamic network of professionals. Scope of Work • Complete structured tasks that involve navigating and evaluating healthcare applications such as Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, Health Equity, and Lifeline • Apply your clinical workflow knowledge to assess whether AI outputs are accurate, realistic, and aligned with how these systems are actually used • Provide detailed feedback, annotations, and evaluations following project guidelines • Collaborate with the project team and meet quality and delivery expectations Preferred

REQUIREMENTS

▸2+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a related role
▸Direct working experience with one or more EHR/health systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds
▸Strong understanding of clinical workflows (patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, etc.)
▸English proficiency at B2 level or above
▸Reliable internet connection and availability to start immediately
