Role Title: Video Editor Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Video Editors to contribute expertise to a dynamic project focused on educational and robotics media for AI training. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity centers on 3D/CGI video editing and animation, leveraging your visual storytelling skills to create impactful digital media content. Scope of Work • Edit and assemble high-quality 3D/CGI video content using any tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer. • Apply motion graphics, animation, and visual effects to enhance storytelling, with a focus on robotics and educational media. • Implement audio editing and audiovisual compositing to produce polished, immersive final outputs. • Organize and manage complex project files in line with modern post-production workflows and remote collaboration best practices. • Incorporate feedback efficiently to iterate on assets and align deliverables with project goals and client needs. • Contribute to the creation of AI training datasets by preparing and optimizing video assets for machine learning applications. • Remain current with industry trends in video engineering and digital media to ensure innovative, relevant contributions. REQUIREMENTS

▸Extensive experience editing 3D/CGI and animation-based content within professional environments or client projects.
▸Proficiency with any leading video and audio production tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer.
▸Demonstrable skills in visual storytelling, animation, motion graphics, and computer vision for media projects.
▸Strong written and verbal communication abilities, especially in remote and asynchronous collaborative contexts.
▸Meticulous attention to detail and a solid foundation in project organization and post-production workflows.
▸Proven ability to integrate feedback and deliver highly polished, technically sound multimedia assets on deadline.
▸Bachelor’s degree in any field is required; advanced experience in video editing, digital media, visual effects, or related areas is highly valued.
