Role Title: VA Eligibility Specialist Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote Time Commitment: 20-30 hours/week, short-term project micro1 is looking for VA Eligibility Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems on veterans health care topics. You’ll use your enrollment and eligibility experience to check that questions sound like real veterans and families, and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first. No AI experience is needed; your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Review sample VA health care questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real veterans or family members ask. • Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on VA health care eligibility, enrollment, and priority groups, including income and means testing. • Cover care coordination and community care (including the MISSION Act) and access to care in your rubrics. • Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance. • Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously. Required

REQUIREMENTS

▸Former VA enrollment, eligibility, or care coordination experience, or experience as a VA social worker
▸1+ years working on VA health care enrollment, eligibility determination, or care coordination
▸Working knowledge of priority groups, income and means testing, and community care
▸US-based
▸Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week
▸Clear, precise writing

▸Experience with veteran outreach and helping veterans apply for health care
