Role Title: Turkish Bilingual Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Turkish Bilingual Experts to contribute to an impactful language and AI training project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Listen to audio clips in Turkish and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output. • Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines. • Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors. • Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results. • Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content. • Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Turkish language understanding and generation. • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality. REQUIREMENTS

  • Native-level proficiency in Turkish, with strong command of both spoken and written language.
  • Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
  • Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields is prefered.
  • Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.
