Handshake is seeking experienced Technical Writers and documentation professionals to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional full-time technical writing, documentation, or content development role. Instead, you'll apply your real-world experience creating, editing, and refining technical documentation to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI produce clearer, more accurate, and user-friendly technical writing. Your expertise will help improve AI's understanding of technical accuracy, documentation structure, clarity, consistency, voice, tone, and adherence to professional writing standards. Details: This project involves using your professional experience and hands-on knowledge of the tools you use in your daily work to create expert-level training data and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance. No prior AI experience required.
REQUIREMENTS
- ▸2+ years of experience as a technical writer, product marketer, or in a related writing or editorial role
