DESCRIPTION
Role Title: QuickBooks Specialist Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote About the Role micro1 is looking for experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to join an AI training project. In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems. Responsibilities • Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop • Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations • Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports • Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors • Identify accounting errors and workflow issues
REQUIREMENTS
- ▸Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
- ▸Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
- ▸Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
- ▸Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- ▸Preferred
- ▸Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner
- ▸Experience managing multiple clients or business entities
- ▸Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices
