Role Title: Mandarin Audio Recording Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Mandarin Audio Recording Experts to collaborate on a project for a customer focused on developing advanced AI models. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Create and deliver high-fidelity Mandarin audio recordings using professional-grade equipment according to project specifications. • Adhere to established guidelines for audio quality, clarity, and consistency throughout all submissions. • Assist in the preparation, setup, and optimization of recording environments to minimize background noise and enhance sound fidelity. • Provide a diverse range of vocal samples, tones, and pronunciations to ensure a robust dataset for AI training. • Review, edit, and submit finalized recordings that meet established technical and linguistic standards. • Communicate promptly and professionally with the project team, responding to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed. • Maintain organized records of all delivered files and associated documentation for project tracking. REQUIREMENTS

▸Native Mandarin speaker with clear and accurate pronunciation.
▸Minimum of three years of experience in professional audio recording (studio work, voice-over, narration, or similar domains).
▸Proficiency in using advanced audio recording equipment and editing software.
▸Demonstrated ability to deliver studio-quality recordings with minimal ambient interference.
▸Strong attention to detail in both vocal delivery and technical setup.
▸Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, professional exchanges.
▸Experience participating in projects involving AI data collection or linguistic resource creation is a plus.
