DESCRIPTION

Handshake is seeking Machine Learning PhDs to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional academic or full-time role. You’ll apply your machine learning expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI systems better understand model architectures, optimization theory, statistical learning, and technical problem-solving. Details: This project involves using your experience in machine learning to design rigorous, domain-relevant questions and review AI-generated responses for accuracy, logical consistency, and technical soundness across ML concepts such as optimization, generalization, and model behavior. No prior AI evaluation or technical experience is required. Qualifications: Doctoral students and graduates (including those currently enrolled in a PhD program or in postdoctoral positions) in Machine Learning or closely related fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, or AI.
