# Legal & Government Policy Analyst (AI Training) ## About the Role AI is increasingly being used to navigate some of the most complex and high-stakes domains in the world — law, government policy, and regulatory compliance. But getting it right requires human expertise. We're looking for professionals with legal, policy, or government knowledge to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content in these critical areas. Your insight will directly shape how AI systems reason about Singapore and ASEAN legislation, regulatory compliance, and public policy — helping build tools that professionals and institutions can genuinely trust. - **Organization**: Alignerr - **Type**: Hourly Contract - **Location**: Remote - **Commitment**: 10–40 hours/week ## What You'll Do * Review AI-generated legal analyses, policy summaries, and government-related content for accuracy and completeness * Evaluate the proper use of legal terminology, citations, and regulatory references — including Singapore statutes and case law * Identify factual errors, logical flaws, or misleading interpretations in AI outputs * Assess whether AI responses appropriately handle nuance across legislation, case law, compliance, and public policy * Provide clear, structured written feedback that helps improve AI performance on legal and government topics * Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule ## Who You Are * Strong understanding of legal concepts, government processes, or public policy — Singapore or ASEAN frameworks particularly valued * Excellent reading comprehension and analytical thinking skills * Sharp attention to detail — especially around precise language and factual accuracy * Clear, structured written communication style in English * Comfortable evaluating content across diverse legal and regulatory topics * No prior AI experience required ## Nice to Have * Background in law, political science, public administration, or a related field * Experience with legal research, compliance work, or government operations in Singapore * Familiarity with MAS regulations, PDPA, competition law, or other Singapore regulatory frameworks * Paralegal, legal assistant, or policy research experience * Knowledge of common law principles as applied in Singapore courts ## Why Join Us * Work on cutting-edge AI projects shaping how AI handles legal and government content * Fully remote and flexible — set your own hours and work when it suits you * Collaborate with top research labs and a global community of subject matter experts * Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and meaningful impact * Build expertise at the intersection of AI and law — a rapidly growing and influential field * Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
