Role Title: Italian Language Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Italian Transcription Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on audio transcription and AI training. In this role, you'll apply your Italian language expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Transcribe audio samples in Italian and, when required, in English with high accuracy and adherence to project guidelines. • Review and edit transcripts to ensure completeness, consistency, and correct representation of spoken content. • Annotate audio data as specified, contributing vital insights for AI model training. • Flag unclear or low-quality audio and provide feedback on transcription challenges. • Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and address specific linguistic nuances. • Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout all transcription assignments. • Deliver timely, high-quality transcripts that meet established standards and contribute to project milestones. REQUIREMENTS

▸Native-level fluency in Italian, with strong comprehension of both spoken and written language.
▸Demonstrated experience in professional audio transcription, especially for linguistic or AI-related projects.
▸Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and comprehensive transcripts.
▸Strong familiarity with audio transcription tools and best practices.
▸Ability to identify, interpret, and annotate linguistic subtleties and audio ambiguities.
▸Previous experience supporting AI training data projects is a plus, though not required.
▸Proactive communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work independently.
