Role Title: Indonesian Bilingual Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is selecting Indonesian Bilingual Experts to support a customer's large-scale linguistic initiative. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Listen to and review audio clips to assess the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated Indonesian speech. • Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on language accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity. • Validate the cultural and contextual appropriateness of language used in audio samples. • Document observations meticulously, ensuring clarity and actionable insight for model improvement. • Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify guidelines as needed. • Consistently deliver high-quality assessments within defined project timelines. • Support the refinement of evaluation frameworks by sharing linguistically-informed suggestions. REQUIREMENTS

▸Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, with a deep understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.
▸Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English (minimum B2 proficiency in English).
▸Keen attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach to language evaluation.
▸Previous experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment (preferred but not required).
▸Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and meeting project requirements punctually.
▸Demonstrated ability to give clear, constructive feedback on language and communication style.
▸Interest in contributing to advancements in AI-driven language technologies.
