Job Title: German Language Expert Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: • Record clear, high-quality German audio samples to support AI model development. • Annotate speech data, ensuring precise linguistic and phonetic accuracy. • Contribute to the design and execution of speech data collection workflows. • Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to enhance language understanding and pronunciation. • Work collaboratively with the customer's team to maintain consistency and excellence across all tasks. • Apply your knowledge of German phonetics and pronunciation in all aspects of the workflow. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver insights and documentation. REQUIREMENTS

▸Main qualification: Native fluency in German and deep familiarity with regional accents and nuances.
▸Proficiency in annotation, and speech data collection processes.
▸Understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and linguistic principles.
▸Previous experience in audio recording, such as voice acting, audio engineering, podcasting, or communications, is highly valued.
▸Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
▸Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for remote collaboration.
▸Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
