Role Title: German Audio Recording Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging German Audio Recording Experts to participate in a project supporting a major customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. We are seeking native German speakers with a robust background in professional audio recording to capture precise, studio-quality voice samples that reflect authentic conversational and narration styles. As a vital contributor, you'll ensure each submission meets strict technical and linguistic standards, helping to build diverse and reliable datasets for advanced machine learning applications. Scope of Work • Produce and submit high-quality German audio recordings using professional-grade equipment • Follow predefined scripts or prompts to generate accurate and natural-sounding speech samples • Ensure all recordings meet specified technical and linguistic criteria, including clarity, pronunciation, and consistency • Participate in a sample review process by submitting a representative voice recording as part of the engagement • Collaborate with the project team to resolve queries and adjust recordings based on constructive feedback • Document recording setup, processes, and any issues encountered to maintain data integrity • Deliver recordings following project timelines and quality benchmarks Preferred

REQUIREMENTS

▸Native fluency in German, with exceptional pronunciation and diction
▸Minimum three years of professional audio recording experience
▸Proficiency with advanced audio recording hardware and software
▸Strong command of both written and verbal communication for collaboration and documentation
▸Attention to detail in audio quality control, including noise reduction and sound accuracy
▸Experience in voice narration, dubbing, or related performance work is a plus
▸Ability to interpret and accurately deliver a variety of scripts or prompts
