Role Title: Generalist — Personal Finance Expert (UK) Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Generalist — Personal Finance Experts (UK) to participate in a short-term project focused on financial workflow and data evaluation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Review and evaluate structured personal finance and tax workflow tasks relevant to the UK context. • Analyze sample financial data, documents, and processes, following detailed instructions and guidelines. • Apply rubric-based evaluation to assess workflow outputs and annotate results according to project criteria. • Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Drive) for document sharing, task management, and feedback submission. • Connect personal financial accounts securely via Plaid and provide relevant tax-related documents for project purposes, following PII sanitization processes. • Contribute feedback and insights to improve the quality and realism of financial data used in AI model training. • Participate in project discussions to clarify requirements and ensure deliverable accuracy. REQUIREMENTS

▸Demonstrated financial literacy and a strong grasp of UK personal finance fundamentals.
▸First-hand experience preparing and filing UK taxes, either independently or with assistance from a qualified professional.
▸Proven ability to follow complex instructions and evaluate outputs against structured rubrics.
▸Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and comfort handling cloud-based document sharing.
▸Experience with workflow evaluation, data annotation, quality review, RLHF projects, or similar structured assessment tasks is advantageous.
▸Comfortable connecting personal financial accounts and sharing documentation through secure, project-specific channels.
▸Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to provide concise, actionable feedback.
