Role Title: Family Medicine Physician (MD) Role Type: Contractor Location: United States, Remote Compensation: $100-$120 USD per hour micro1 is engaging Family Medicine Physicians to contribute their expertise to a dynamic project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your primary care clinical expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required. Your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Annotate and review clinical content and medical records (office visit notes, assessments and plans, referrals, lab and imaging results, and care coordination documentation), ensuring accuracy, clinical soundness, and completeness. • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across a broad range of patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and across acute, chronic, and preventive care. • Apply clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and standards of care to validate and enrich datasets. • Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation. • Provide high-quality feedback on guidelines and edge cases to improve project workflows and model understanding. REQUIREMENTS

▸Active MD degree and, ideally, board certification in Family Medicine.
▸Based in the United States and licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
▸Hands-on clinical experience in primary care or family medicine settings (e.g., clinics, community practices, health systems).
▸Broad clinical exposure across common acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and multiple patient age groups.
▸Previous annotation or clinical review experience is a plus.
▸Proficiency with both written and verbal communication, with a strong attention to clarity and detail.
