Have 10+ years of experience working at top US tech firms Are passionate about improving model capabilities at complex SWE tasks About the role You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role This contract is expected to last 2-3 weekss and includes promotion opportunities within the project Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor Vetting process - 30 minute AI interview - Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2h total, paid $100 for completion) Pay and legal status This role will pay $150-210/h depending on geography and experience-level We consider all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics and provide reasonable accommodations upon request. Contract and Payment Terms You will be engaged as an independent contractor. This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule. Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance. Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
